Liquafaction's Moses Lake Warehouse
The Liquafaction warehouse is a 43,000 square foot high bay warehouse just northwest of the Moses Lake Ethanol Plant with 4500 square feet of office space. This site has two wells, one with 800 acre feet of industrial water, the other with 140 acre feet of agricultural water per year.

The warehouse is adjacent to the ethanol plant on the northern
part of its western border. This is a view of the dirt pathway between the main ethanol plant to the warehouse looking north west. This path will be paved to be a private road between the two complexes.

This is an picture of the warehouse building looing north east. The tires in the image are used by a company that leases part of this 43,000 square foot high bay warehouse. It has been agreed that their lease will not be extended beyond the end of this year 2008.

This is the end of the rail spur that feeds the warehouse, looking
west. The loading docks are just behind us.

This is a view of the warehouse looking toward the south. Note the rail tracks run along the north side of the building (ie next to the building on this side). The track can not be seen in this image since the track is about 1.5 feet below the grade.

This is an image of the office building outside. The offices are in the lower part of the building towards the front of this image. There is 3,000 square feet of office space.

This is an picture of 500 gallon per minute well. This well is 680 feet deep and 16" diameter and can flows up to 800 gallons per minute but is restricted per our permit to 500 gallons/minute continuous by the BLM permit. The pump is a 175HP and can supply enough water for approximately 80mgy of cellulosic ethanol production.
